Alpheaus Marcus is the CEO of A.M.X. Consultants a consulting firm that specializes in the political agendas of the urban community. He created A.M.X. Consultants from his work within the urban communities as a community advocate identifying how poverty, housing, and political neglect have been the root causes of both crime and the social inequalities of this affected community.
As a community advocate Mr. Marcus has helped countless families affected by the issues of the lack of social inclusions as follows:
· Gang and Gun Violence.
· Inequalities of Education.
· Issues of horrendous living conditions within NYCHA.
· Police relationships within the Black Communities.
Mr. Marcus has utilized his relationship with both elected officials and the media to get the necessary attentions to address the issues within the urban communities so that community could have a voice.

Police-Community Relations:
Instrumental in advising and establishing programs within the NYPD, including the NCO and Build the Block initiatives, aimed at rebuilding trust between law enforcement and Black communities.
Ongoing engagement with NYPD leadership to enhance community affairs initiatives and promote effective policing strategies.
Educational Equity:
Collaborated with former special assistants to the NYC School Chancellor to address desegregation and dismantle the "public school to prison pipeline."
Actively engaged with state lawmakers to advocate for legislation that combats racial discrimination in the education system.
Public Housing Advocacy:
Led citywide advocacy efforts to expose and address the deplorable living conditions in NYCHA developments, impacting nearly 600,000 residents.
